20-35 lbs. (:
might i add, Good job. I am glad you decided to take control of your life.
But dont do it for looks, do it because you know it will make you healthier, happier, an more confident :D

im going to be honest. even in 34 minutes people don't really lose much. but im guessing 3-5 pounds.

How much do you weigh and how tall are you?

i dout u will do all of that

15-20 pounds or more it matters

5 to 15 pounds

You will lose 10 pounds.

sometimes it takes a while to lose weight so i am thinking 5-10 lbs.

.215 grms per day..so that would be
.215*30 days = 6.45 kgs.. so keep going

if your starting form nothing, i would work into that workout and even after the month is up continue on all year round in order to sustain a good and healthy weight.

bearly any.
u should go vegeterian.
ive only been one for about a week and list over 5lbs.
n it doesnt hurt animals.

10 to 15 pounds. People will notice it early that your loosing weight by just looking at your face. Eating healthy everyday is the most important factor. Alot of times people work out hard but then eat bad and they see no results. Make sure to stay away from salad dressings on your salad or mayonnaise on your subway sandwiches

if you made yourself do that everyday, id say youd loose quite a bit of weight and would definitely tone up. It depends on how much you weigh now though, if you are a bit overweight you will loose much more than if your already small. But good luck to you x

ok thats very good, but dont overwork yourself lol
eat healthy thats a good start =]
and everyday like that you dont need to do 400!!
start out little..and increase a little everyday!
you shouldnt lose more than 2 pounds a week
so maybe about 8 pounds would be normal..
keeping fit is better than losing weight..when you lose
too much weight in a week..that is not a sign of healthiness
:D soo goodluck!

Not sure, sounds like you'll find out shortly. good luck- sounds like you'll get burnt out too though.

Well it depend on how much workout you will do a week because if you workout everyday for a month you will definitly see some result. I will say that you will lose alot of weight so good luck.

You could lose some weight from eating healthier, but the workout will only work if it's cardio. The crunches, squats, and arm work outs will only strengthen your muscles. Plus, it depends on what "healthier" means to you. "Healthier" does not mean eating less or skipping out on meals; it means eating the right foods. For instance, try this instead: eat less than 40 grams of total fat per day (keep a food journal to document this), do some cardio workout for 30 minutes 3 times a week, do stretching for 30 minutes 3 times a week, and rest one day per week. This is how I'm losing weight and I lost about 20 pounds in one month. Good luck!

It depends if you are eating less calories than you are exerting. For example, if you did all that and "ate healthy" but your definition of healthy ended up being 2500 calories a day, no, you most likely won't lose weight.
My suggestion is to count the calories you are eating and keep it below 1600 or so.
It also depends on how tall you are and how much you currently weigh. The heavier you are the more weight you will lose in a month. Lets say you are 250lbs and you do all of that stuff you mentioned, keep calories under 1600 you could lose like 15-20lbs. That only brings you down to 230-235. If you were 130lbs and did all of that, there is NO way you are going to lose as much as someone who weighs more.
Also, sometimes when you start adding more muscle and you lose fat, you end up gaining a pound or 2 because you are replacing fat with muscle- which weighs more.
All in all, it will depend on your calorie intake, how tall you are, your weight and if you change up the routine. Our bodies can get kinda bored with the same thing and we plateau, which is frustrating.
So, yes, you may lose weight. Lots of other variables play a role, too.

Here's some good tips on what to eat:
Lots of protein (meat, chicken, protein drinks that have little sugar in them, etc)
Protein drinks- best one is Muscle Milk Light. Hardly any sugars, lots of vitamins, and tons of protein. Taste good too
Steamed veggies
Some of the South Beach Living stuff
Low sugar, low carb items
Lots of raw foods
Diet soda if you have to drink it

Stuff like that...

good luck!

i say about 10 pounds or more it depends what work out video, also think about taking your baby for a walk on the stroller so your baby can enjoy it and you lose weight good luck oh and i say u should walk someplace safe like a track or park

r u counting calories or not?!
10-15 i guess if you r really serious!
best of luck then
