Sweet tooth ruining diet?!

Question: I've been eating healthy for a few months now, and rarely mess up on my eating plan. I've been trying to lose weight and run as often as I can. However, I have this awful sweet tooth for cookie dough!

Whenever I get a snack, I usually reach for the cookie dough, and I'm sure I could lose more weight if I avoided it.

Are there any tips that I could use to help myself limit my cookie dough intake? thanks!

chuck it... don't buy it anymore. chew some gum. i gave up chocolate and soda. just tell urself that it will make u feel sick, and that u don't want it, after about 2wks, u really wont want some. just force urself to have an alternative. maybe cereal, that's what i do, only make sure it's healthy cereal... and don't become addicted to cereal like i am. lol.

Uh, don't buy any.

you could try a protein bar, they have cookie dough flavor.

Well, I am on a very strict diet and have been for a year. I have lost 62 pounds and am reaching for 49 more. I want this weight loss bad enough that junk food doesn't bother me. So I think you need to want to be on this diet more then you want to. After you don't eat something for a cuple months and you try it again, it will make you sick. Especially sugary cookie dough. So if you can cut all sweets out for a few months..try it again later and you probably won't like it as much. However. If your wanting sweet snacks. Try the 100 calorie packs. They have grasshopper cookies, peanutbutter cookies, candy, lots of things weather you want sweet, salty, savory or crunch...you'll be able to find something.

Do you work in a kitchen? If so, then there probably isn't much that you can do about it. But the simplest way to get rid of the problem is to eliminate it at its source! However, I recommend you go to a place like weight watchers and get out of a diet and more into a lifestyle. This is the best way to combat it.

While a diet, may work sometimes, it provides no support system when you go astray, and that's why they rarely work. My buddy Russ is proof that diets don't work and weight watchers does; he lost 20 pounds (I'm pretty sure he lost more than that, but he's trite about telling people his weight) and has kept it off. So what are you going to do about your sweet tooth? Are you going to stay on a diet and potentially fail, or are you going to find a good support system where you know you can keep the weight off?

Weight can be lose quickly if you can control your appetite. To master appetite control I suggest Rimonabant Acomplia.
To find out much, much more about this safe drug visit 4RX's online pharmacy and look from Rimonabant Acomplia under the weight loss section on the left of the page below:
