aerobic exercise is a great way to lose weight. Running is a great aerobic exercise. start slow and work up to a 30 minute a day routine. Stay away from junk food. Vary your diet, eat more fruit and vegetables. I don't know your age or what physical shape your in, so it's hard to know if I'm giving you the best advice. I'm assuming your not to far out of shape and are healthy. Eat smaller portions for your meals and eat a banana or an orange for a snack. Nuts are good for a snack. V-8 or milk rather than pop. Eat lean meat like ground turkey breast in place of fatty hamburger. You are what you eat and you must burn more calories than you take in.

Eat food.

Exercise to burn off calories.

Thats the ticket.

A "Sudjestions" for you. Eat less, less fat, less sugar, less food period and exercise vigorously every day for at least an hour.
