Is instant or quick brown rice less healthy than regular?!

Question: Brown rice comes in three types: regular which takes an hour to cook, quick which is less tasty but takes 15 minutes, and instant which is the fastest but to gross to eat. Is quick brown rice less healthy than regular? In what way? Is it at least more healthy than regular white rice? I know that regular is the most "natural" of the three kinds, but that doesn't really answer my question.

Well, it really depends what brands you buy and the nutrition facts. Typically, if you cook brown rice yourself, (the full time length) it is typically more nutritious. A lot of the time, they will add preservatives and other things that might make the rice less healthy in quick or instant form. Those preservatives do add some calories (minimal) and other things to what would be different from 'natural'.

One thing that will help you lose weight: a colon cleanse. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too! - it's just pills, but you'll detox, lose weight, and fell much, much better). You can go to
http://www.fit-diet-fun.us and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it's really good for detox, you'll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website
