I need to lose some weight and get rid of tummy fats?!

Question: my height is around 157 and i'm about 46kg

I really need to lose some weight and get rid of some fats. I'm 14 and i desperately wants to get rid of the fats on my tummy and on my thighs. i have been doing sit-ups, but the maximum i can do at once is around 25. will it work if i do sit ups daily?
i want to lose weight back to around 42kg and get rid of the fats on my tummy and thighs cause they will look awful. can you all recommend some good solutions (i dont want any diet pills nonsense), some good exercises (best if can do at home or in a room - no need much space) and a good diet plan.
how long will it probably take to get rid of my tummy fats and lose weight back to 42kg?

-ps. please don't give short and simple answers like "exercise", "eat less", "go on diet" etc! -

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
There are more tips and info.
there's a video on success fitness too.

You have to run.

Doing sit ups or lifting weights will tone you up, but it will not just get rid of the fat. You need to add some carido. Running, power walking, bicycling, etc. Anything that really gets your heart pumping. Don't stop doing the sit ups though. THe more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn. Also, just try to eat sensible, lots of fruits, veggies, and lean proteins such as chicken and fish. When eating a starch, try to eat whole grain bread, sweet potatoes, (instead of white bread and regular potatoes). On average it is healthy to loose about 1 pound per week. But you are really going to need to step up the exercising if you want to see a differenc.

Well I'm going to combine two answers, and along with what I have just typed, it will provide an answer a little longer than a short one. Exercise more AND eat less. You can't get rid of fat by only doing crunches and sit ups. Google "calesthenics."

All you have to do eat a healthy balance diet, i hope you like veggies and fish, avoid so much red meat, drink lots of water avoid food and beverages with 8 grams of sugar or hfcs try reading the nutrition label before buying them.
Now the important part exercise try running or jog around the block ,at home you can do sit ups, crunches, froggy ( i dont know how to call it,side bridge this will help your waist the froggy will help your thighs, hips and lower tummy.do this twice a day 50 counts each 2 sets believe me it work for me.
