Sure, water is in everythin!! Fruits are like 90% water at least!! Just eat all natural things!! Spice up your diet with smoothies and different juices!! And of course meet your 5 a day fruit and veg, you can indulge twice a week with chocolate or whatever!! The body is amazing, it will treat you well if u treat it well!!

i think that you should have to take some milk, water and other diet food

here are a list of some basic healthy foods...

-fruits
-vegies
-whole grain/wheat breads/pasta/brown rice/oatmeal
-low fat dairy(2% milk, yogurt, low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt, low fat cheese)
-lean protein/meats like chicken, turkey, egg whites)
-nuts/seeds...peanut butter is VERY healthy if u eat 2 tablespoons and stay within that limit
-beans

these snacks are tasty and healthy...

-cheesesticks
-100 calorie packs
-breyers double churned(and no added sugar) ice cream
-chocolate peanut butter ricecakes
-frozen fruit with fat free cool whip
-quaker chewy granola bars

-vegies and dip
-pretzels and fat free cream cheese


100% real fruit juice and milk(not whole though) are very healthy...and tea is good too!

see, u just gotta look for foods that provide vitamins and nutrients and are not full of prossessed crap and trans fat...fats are very good...if it mono/poly unsaturated...thats why most oils and nuts are healthy...u need to eat foods with lots of complex carbs, and moderate good fats ad protein...fruit sugars are healthy, but not added sugars...
