Question: Protein is the building blocks for muscle growth. they help repair the muscles that you have torn down during your workout. i dont know how much you are taking but the rule of thumb is 2 grams per body pound so if you weighed 140 you would need 280 grams of protein per day to build serious muscle. look at all of the thumbs down i will get cause people dont know anything about bodybuilding
