I have a good BMI but i just feel like FAT. help plz.?!


Question: ok, now that i have ur attention, i am going to ask u a question... my BMI is 19. i am perfectly happy with my weight. I do not, however like the way i look, especially in my abdamin... i have a very short body, so my fat is not spread throughout the body, but is compressed into my center. i have a dip like < u no, like that weird pooch, and my abs are not toned. i would like some exciting exercises for my inner thighs, and my abs, and don't say running, because im not allowed. (long story) thanx in advance.

aerobic exercises (like running) are for weight loss, and heart health. if you want to tone up, and it sounds like you do, try weight-training, sit ups and crunches, lunges, squats. get a pilates workout tape. pilates is great for core strength--will definitely help your abs.

Wow we have twin bodies! I try to do crunches for my abs. and lunges/squats for mmy inner thighs, even though I couldnt stick to it :( Good luck to you, anyways!

If you have good BMI than there is no chance for fats, Actual calculation of body fat is done by BMI.

That not fat! All you need to do is some toning, and keep an eye on that BMI it's a little low.

try out some stretching exercises, but remember your BMI should never decrease below 18.5 this is the limit for a normal weight.

hi!! <333 woww. u have a great BMI. but i know wat ur talking about!! well, try doing lots of abs. such as cruches and so far. and about the running thing, why not just WALK its a great way to get ur heart rate up and is gr8t exersice. gooOOd LucK!! =]

I GO ON THIS THING ALL THE TIME WITH MY PHONE. I LOOK AT MYSELF IN THE MIRROR AND SEE THAT I'M A SKINNY AS IT'S GONNA GET 116 LBS. AND MY RESULTS ALWAYS COME OUT OVER WEIGHT OR SOMETHING REALLY STUPID. BMI IS JUST ANOTHER WAY SOCIETY MAKES YOU FEEL. LIKE MODELS, WHY ARE THEY ALL SO SKINNY.
