Extimate how many calories i will burn??!
Question: i am 7.2stone i no its not much but i wanna get rid of my extra fat i dont need so extimate how much i will loose if i :
-excersize bike on low to medium setting for 30 mins
-twist on this twister thing i dont no the name of it for 15 mins
-doing my papers wen i carry 41 very heavy papers in a bag all the way up a very steap bank and then walk around for 30 mins delivering papers.
please just estimate the amount of calories i wud burn those r my daily activities and i go on the dance matt for alot of hours but it tellsme how many colories i burn so its cool please rite bk asap im starting exersize soon

hello this is just a rough guess.....between 200 and 400 cals.I run on the treadmil for 10 mins an level 8.5 and i burn 200 then bike for 10 mis and burn about 130 and rower for 2000 mt and i burn about 100. hope this help
