How is my diet?!

horrible! in a way, it sounds anorexic and u need more... here are the basic healthy foods to choose from...

-fruits
-vegies
-whole grain/wheat breads/pasta/brown rice/oatmeal
-low fat dairy(2% milk, yogurt, low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt, low fat cheese)
-lean protein/meats like chicken, turkey, egg whites)
-nuts/seeds...peanut butter is VERY healthy if u eat 2 tablespoons and stay within that limit
-beans

and here are some nice snacks...

-baked lays chips
-cheesesticks
-100 calorie packs
-breyers double churned(and no added sugar) ice cream
-chocolate peanut butter ricecakes
-frozen fruit with fat free cool whip
-quaker chewy granola bars
-fruit pops
-lean pockets
-chocolate milk
-graham crackers
-vegies and dip
-pretzels and fat free cream cheese


NEVER EVER DIET! JUST EAT HEALTHY FOOD ANDWHEN TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT, DONT GO BELOW 1500 CALORIES AND NEVER STARVE URSELF!!! U ARE LACKING ALL THE VITAMINS AND EVERYTHING U NEED...START CHOOSING MORE FOODS AND EAT MORE...

Lacking in pretty much everything.
For 420 calories you could have a really nice breakfast and dinner. One that is actually healthy and not full of sugars.
Breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day, so at least have some oatmeal with fruit. Or you could make a really good-tasting smoothie using low fat chocolate milk and fruits. Healthier, and lower than 400 calories.

Have a light salad or soup for lunch. Or both!
If you're trying to lose weight, stay away from bananas. Eat half a banana a day max since it's full of sugars and carbs. If you want fruits choose apples, oranges, grapefruits, strawberries, etc.

You need more than that! You need some veges!!!! And some more fruits!

thats not alot of calories how old are you you should be eating minimally 1200 calories a day

cut the carb even the banana or apples is lode with carbs...eat lots of meat or animal products they all zero carbs

I hope you don't eat this every day. Because you need actual food to survive. My own breakfast was only about 300 calories, but it consisted of a grapefruit and a cup of peach yogurt. Those protein bars may look like they're good for you, but they're waaay processed compared to fresh or refrigerated/frozen food and are liable to contain some harmful things if you eat them too often or in great profusion. I'm sure they're meant as supplemental nutrition, not main meals.

Is that really satisfying? You ate about 950 calories.. not enough first of all. Also while protein is good for you.... you need more stuff then that! Don't listen to that guy that said eat animal products because they are full of fat! Fat is HORRIBLE for you. Carbs also turn into fat eventually but if you burn them off first, they build muscle, and make you more fit. I am not saying rush out and eat carbs.. I am saying that they are better then fat. Just try to eat things such as peanut butter, nuts, veggies, fruit, tofu, or if you eat meat.. chicken, fish, low fat yogurt.. stuff like that. Make sure you eat at least 1200 calories a day!

hahahahahhahahaah i love how you think a multivitamin is a snack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh and most protein bars are crap for you.

It obviously will work because you are burning more calories than you take in. I'm going to try this diet you made (except instead of a protein bar, I'm going to have a protein shake.) If you wana be diet buddies, email me. =]]
