Using Whey Protein properly?!


Question: I have been going to the gym now for 3 weeks and doing weights.
I still some fat around my abs to lose and especially the sides. I keep running and cycling thrice a week.

I need to have larger biceps and chest. Is it fine if i start whey protein now?
Will taking in protein hinder my fat burning programme?

how old are you? if you want to be bigger you'll have to be doing more than just biceps and chest oorrr you'll end up looking like an idiot in the end...trust me on that one

protein powder wont hinder your progress all it is, is extra calories basically for when your trying to build muscle.....if your eating right you shouldn't even need it.....its called a supplement because its supposed to supplement a good nutritional program not because its a magic answer to building muscle
