Dark circles under eyes??!
Question: i always get like dark cicles under my eyes. they're not TOO bad and i can cover them up quite well with a bit of concealer but i would like to get rid of them altogther if i could!! i drink my 2 litres of water each day, definately eat my daily 5 portions of fruit and veg and get at least 8 hours of sleep each night, so why do i still have them??? any soloutions to get rid of them???

I too had this problem, I found that buying a special eye cooler pack that you put on your eyes for two minutes a day make them go away for the entire day. Sounds silly, but you can buy them at your health store or the body shop, or if you have a bath and body works. :) (They are around 10$ but they work, and it only takes two minutes.)
what does this hyave to do with diet or fitness
look you cant..... i mean everyone has them dont worry about it it means you dont get a enough sleep... not a big deal ok so i mean you dont have to eat healthy to get rid of them either so i odnt know what fruits and junk has to do with the circles..
