Yes, 900 calories is too low. For those days you need to plan ahead and have healthy snacks in your backback, briefcase, etc. Take nuts, easy to carry fruits like apples, oranges, grapes, granola bars, etc. Also, you should be eating 3 healthy meals per day and 3 healthy snacks to ensure your metabolism is burning all day long.

I don't know if 1220 calories is enough for a male. You may want to go to a calorie counter (mayo clinic md has one) and see what they recommend for your height, weight and exercise level. Believe it or not, you have to eat enough to burn fat or else your body will think you're starving it and start storing fat.

Its not horrible, but it could slow your metabolism down. Just eat things like celery that speed up your metabolism, and protein. Try to get as much exercise as possible...good luck

NO.ARE YOU T RYING TO GAIN WEIGHT? THE LESS CALORIES THE BETTER.I SUGGEST 1 HOUR OF ANY TYPE OF EXERCISE,DAILY

900 calories is too low. Your body is going to start storing fat to maintain itself. You need to eat more. Take some fruit with you or those snacks that are 100 calories with you.

so your trying to lose weight yah?? well are you getting the proper nutrition, carbs/ fats/ protein balance and 5 pieces of fruit/ veg a day,,,,,and last question,, do you feel weak and drained from lack of calories??

if you feel fine and are getting all your nutrition you should be ok

only if you burn off all those caleries!
