Question: i am 12 years old and 4' 11" (short i know) and 95-100 pounds. i am wondering if i should loose weight??!!?? i think i'm fat and all my friends are skinnier. should i loose a few pounds for confidence?? if so, how??

According to that calculator, your ideal weight is 90 pounds. Don't stress, though - that's pretty close to the minimum weight you should be in your range. it depends how developed you are... you maybe bigger than your friends because you are more along in the stages of puberty than they are, eventually you end up the same ! so try not to worry about it 95 pounds it def nt fat !
