First off, water is ZERO calories! Great huh? Also, we can't be exact with your portion size, but I've tried. It would have been better with you would have said (Example) Roast beef, 5oz serving, lean & fat

Roast beef, 5oz serving, lean & fat: 340
Peas, green, canned, no salt added, drained solids: 60
Potatoes with gravy and butter: about 200

Altoghther that's about 600 calories.

I tried looking up what you ate on The Calorie Counter but they have specifics you need to click. For example did you drain the peas or not? So go to the this website and search for the foods that you ate:http://www.thecaloriecounter.com/Search....
They will tell you the amount of calories.
Water has 0 calories. It sounds like 300 or so calories to me but that's just an estimate.
Hope I helped.

I'd say about 500.

About 750 calories. Here's the breakdown:

- Roast Beef (Chuck Roast) (6 oz): 500 calories, 41 grams of fat
- 1/2 cup canned peas: 53 calories
- Small potato: 128 calories
- Gravy (3 oz): 30 calories
- 1 pat of butter: 36 calories

The type of roast will impact how many calories and fat. I used standard chuck roast. Sirloin will be a bit lower. Also depends on the fat trim.

Best of luck!
