You should see results in a month if you keep it up. You'll see significant results in about 3.

Here's a little trick, try not looking in the mirror every day. Try to limit it to once a week, and you'll be able to notice the difference alot easer.

3-4 months you will start seeing major results and you will probably build about 10-15 pounds of muscle mass.

You should know it is different for everyone depending on your genetics, when you actually started working out in your life, how developed your muscles are, how long you have been working out on this new work-out, and what you eat.
