Did I eat enough/too little?!


Question: This morning I had: Cinnamon and Spice Quacker Oatmeal w/ two spoonfuls of sugars

Later on (about lunch but it was a snack) I had a half of an apple. Then I made two boiled eggs w/ salt and pepper.

Enough? Have any suggestions for dinner?

Well if you think you have had not enough food then take some vitamin's, calcium, stuff like that.
so at least you know you would have enough protein, and stuff like that, for supper try some cold pasta it's good and for dessert have some mixed fruit, or a fruit salad with almonds.

I would eat all of this for breakfast.
You need protein, veggies and fruit.

Everything that you ate today amounts to 2 small snacks. You need 3 MEALS my dear. You are eating way too little, and it is probably evident in your figure that you are malnourished and frail.

Idk. Here are my meals:
Breakfast (If I eat it)
Either grapes or 1 package of Quaker Oatmeal w/ water.
Lunch
Grapes, carrots, and a DanActive yogurt.
Dinner
Whatever my mom makes. (Pasta, hamburgers, Fish, etc.)
