I'm SOOOOO mad at myself!!!!?!


Question: i am SOOO mad at myself!
i want to lose weight SOO bad and i keep GAINING and im ready to break this computer im so mad!

i just weighed myself about 5 minutes ago and the scale said i was a whopping 145!!! im gonna cry, i feel so fat!
im a szie 5 in hollister jeans and when i bend over theyre about to rip, and im terrfied of buying a size 7 cuz theyre HUGE! I wear a size large hoodie at hollister and abercrombie and theyre huge!

my new years resolution was to be about 114lbs and a size 1 in hollister jeans......how am i ever going to get there if im so fat now?

my stomach is huge and i hate it! i do crunches and stuff but i end up giving up about a week or 2 later because i feel like nothing is working!!

i really want to lose weight so i can be more confident in myself....HONESTLY dont you think being 145 lbs and 5'3'' is a little too big...according to that BMI thing im 10 POUNDS over weight!

I really need your help!

Stop freaking out.
Your weight isn't bad and you shouldn't be so worried about it.
How will you ever enjoy your life if you're constantly looking in the mirror thinking badly about yourself.
You are a beautiful person, even if you aren't looking like the model on the magazine cover.
New years just started a month ago, you still have 11 months to lose 10+ lbs, you can do it!
You won't be able to do it with the attitude you have, though.
Saying how fat you are and how much fatter you'll become is not good for your mental & emotional health, and doen't make you feel very good about yourself.
Be happy and say you'll lose the weight.
Just do some aerobic exercises and dieting, it's not hard, it just takes time and effort.

The best way is to eat healthy EVERY DAY! not when you feel like it. Before a meal, have a grapefruit or a friut. Then you wont feel as hungry.

First calm down. If you are exercising regularly then what you need to look at is what you are eating. Things like soda and juice can add hundreds of calories to your daily intake.

I'm 5'3" and 150 lbs but I don't feel fat. Everyone tells me all the time that I look great. I think I look great, so I don't worry about it. My doctor says I'm very healthy, too.

It's in your head. You need to love yourself for who you are. Don't try to be something you're not.

First off dont break the computer. Secondly your not that fat so dont flip out. You just need to eat better and exersise. Get a friend to help you with your work outs. Working out with someone is alot better because you both can help eachother. And dont worry you will lose wieght and dont get so mad because stress adds weight too.

*i wrote vow on my hands so when i reach fer something that is bad to eat, i see vow and that reminds me that i vowed to eat healthy, so i would get a apple instead!

Don't be so hard on yourself. Everyone is built different. It wasn't made a law that we all have to be a size 1 or 0. Infact, most guys I know like a girl with curves. So if you have them be proud of them. You have to love yourself to be confident. You have to believe you are beautiful and worth something. Go out and do something that makes you feel more beautiful. Such as getting your hair or nails done. I would totally avoid getting new clothes at this point because it's not going to help.

Just eat healthier with the right amount of portions. Another tip is just to throw the scale out or out of your vision. Just go by how you look in the mirror. All that matters is that you feel healthy.

Another thing you can do is write a list of the things you like about yourself. Ask friends or family what qualities about you that they like and add that to your list. Just believe you are worth something no matter what you weigh and that everyone is beautiful. Including you. :)

you shouldn't weigh yourself in the middle of the day because you already ate! in the morning you should

and why do you possibly expect results in your abs after a week you're going to have to be way more patient than that to lose weight, as it takes longer than a week to lose 10 pounds.

First of all let me just clarify that I am from Australia and have no idea how much you weigh in kilograms. Though it sounds like you're not motivated enough. Working out or losing weight should not be felt like a chore. It should be a goal or ambition and fun too. Personally, I think you should have a good and hard long look at yourself. If this trend continues you may become something you don't want. So, for the sakw of your health just get active plz. You'll thank yourself later.Trust me.

Please don't give up! Try eating lots of fruits, because they are freaking delicsious (especially oranges, I'm addicted to them) You don't need to do crunches or work-outs like that unless you want to gain muscle, but you sound like you want to loose weight. If you like to run or ride your bike try doing that every day or two, or if running isn't for you try to go out and walk for 2 miles every day. Any exercise will help! Don't do it late at night though.

Also, never ever ever skip breakfast. Lunch can be skipped sometimes but NOT breakfast, or else your metabolism will never turn on. Try not to eat quite as many carbs like bread.

wow we have this in common. im tring to loose weight too. the main key is diets do NOT work. just make a heathly life choose you want to stick with forever. what i do is i drink TONS of water and cut back half what i normaly would eat. i cut out all the unheathly fatty foods but keep my main favorates. for example. if your eating pizza and u normaly eat 3 slices try eating 1 1/2. and if your still hungry drink water. it fills you up without those extra calories. what also helps is wrtting down what you eat. you can really see how much you ate that day. it really works. good luck !

You can do this---------but it takes time.
1) get the "snack foods" out of your house, out of your icebox.
2) start walking--at least an hour a day. Get the right shoes, socks, jeans, sweats, whatever you need, and do this no matter what. If possible, work up to 2 hours a day.
3) Eat 1/2 of what you usually eat. Then, when you get used to that, eat 1/2 of that.

hmm. . . take a picture of yourself. . ..
and put it inside ur food closet.
so that everytime u r tempted to get food u will be motivated to eat healthier in order to have a better looking body

or

eat throughout the day but stop eating after 5 o'clock
brush ur teeth and just drink water, don't go to the kitchen. ..

i did that for 5 days, stopped eating after 5 oclock
lost 5 pounds.

after that u need to try a new diet n exercise plan cuz it didn't work after that 5 days cuz my body got used to it.

The key to losing weight are
patience
perseverance
faith in yourself
self-discipline
doing different exercises not just one
have fun with it, if ur body gets use to one exercise move to another one

To make exercise more fun:
Do it with another person, you and your friend can motivate each other rather then exercising by urself u r more likely to give up easily

also listening to music can make it much more fun. . ..

20 minutes a day make a difference. .. .
20 minutes counts. . ..

as days go weeks go by, 25 minutes, 30 minutes

Here'sa simple thing to try if you feel stuck losing weight: Twice a day, do a brisk ten minute walk. The idea is to get your metabolism up a little and keep it up throughout the day.

Be patient. You won't see results right away but try it and report back in a month.

I'm 5'3" too, and usually fluxuate between about 134 and 140. Once I got to 145 and felt huuge, so yeah I know how you feel.

It's hard to get motivation to work out when you're down on yourself, but working out a few days a week will make you start to feel better. Consuming plenty of water will make you drop some water weight after a couple of days, so you will feel lighter.

Don't do anything extreme, like crash diet, because you'll just end up binging or something. Losing weight takes time, so give yourself some time.
