it definitely depends on the person. i mean different heights, body types would contribute to the situation. if you were 120lbs of all muscle.. that would be completely different shape than 120lbs of all fat. 130 to me is a very loose size 4 almost a size 2. for my body type, if i weighed 120 i'd be a 0. a lot more goes into what size you wear than your weight.
