Get a glass of water or milk.

It is a good opportunity to think of the many starving kids around the world. At least you know how it feels to be hungry before you try 40 hour famine! But for now, you could tiptoe really really quietly to the kitchen and grab some easy food such as fruit. If your mom wakes up, just hide! Then go back to your room! It works for me!

do not have toast...i set of the smoke detector once not good..

I say EAT! It's only 3am here and I just went out and had a steak salad. Be very quiet and go in the kitchen ;)

hahaha, does your mommy need to make you a snack? go grab some food man! Dont let your survival depend on mommy! Get your slingshot and kill a rabbit outside if you have to! or just go to bed and you can eat in the morning.

I would sneak out of the nearest window, sneak off into someone's house, rob a couple of bucks, run off to the nearest gas station, buy a candy bar and rub back home, and then eat the candy bar. Oh, or esle you could just go in your kitchen and get a bite to eat quietly, FOOL

if you can operate a computer yourself why cant you operate a fridge

just tiptoe down slowly and get something or drink some water. do something! i know the feeling of being hungry early in the morning and not being able to get anything to eat! its the most annoying thing in the world huh??!?!

Chew on ice cos it makes your brain think your eating etc. Also see if you can have a glass full of water cos that will make you feel fuller longer. Tip toe

try to eat slower at dinner and longer, make sure you are full and if you get a bit hungry before you sleep try to eat something that will fill your stomach up NOT JUNK FOOD!

get some dry ceral or peanut n jelly sandwich

be creative its more fun
