Probably once every fortnight wouldn't hurt people's health too much...but I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat them. This because they can contain over 2000 kJ of energy, almost thirty grams of fat, cholesterol around 6.6 mg, sodium 570mg and potassium 200 mg in every 100 grams of Doritos. Now multiply this by your daily intake of Doritos to see how much of these things you may be getting from Doritos alone. Incidently, the recommended dietary intake of energy is 8700 kJ for adults, protein-50 grams, and for our bodies to work properly we only need around 200 mg of sodium. However many of us just consume too much sodium; if this is the case then just drink more hydrating liquids such as water.

Sure, every once in a while is fine, but overall they aren't very healthy and you shouldn't eat them more than once or twice a week, tops.

Well, to ask if they are healthy... no. They aren't. But, if you eat the suggest portion (kudos if you eat less than the suggested size), like once a week, you should be alright. Just don't go gorging yourself on a whole bag. Don't eat one bag a week, even if you stretch it over the whole week.

No they are not healthy, it's junk food! But it is good. And it's perfectly fine to eat in once in while if you also eat healthy foods so it will balance off.

You can buy the 100 calorie packs which have only about 4-6 grams of fat, making it a better snack option than eating the full fat ones right out of the bag.

You might as well take a piece of chicken and rub the grease all over your heart. With All that seasoning on them they should be called the Crunchy chips from HELLL. A bag of those chips has more calories than a Whole Big Mac Value Meal. If You ate doritos all day you'll surely go into Massive Congestive Heart Failure!!! Eat them sparingly and at your own risk.

No there not healthy,but once in a while is fine as long as its not 5 packets a day!!
