Losing weight..?!

Question: I know I'm overweight and I've been trying to lose weight for a while. Now that I have gym class I'm more motivated to exercise and stuff. We have cardio everyday (alternating between 5 and 10 minutes every other day), weight room every other day and we play team games such as dodgeball and basketball everyday.

My question is :if I were to eat 800 -1000 calories a day and participated in gym everyday and pushed myself as far as I can go, how much weight could I lose?

I am 5'9 and weigh around 200.

On this website, you enter in information about your age, physical activity, etc, and like a calculator, they will tell you the amount of each food group you should eat (they will recommend just the right amount of calories not with numbers, but by telling you types and amounts of foods to eat).

You'd be surprised to learn how important it is to eat healthy, especially when you are active. Your daily intake should be colorful (orange, green, red, etc)! If you are eating healthy foods, you will be less hungry for high-calorie, low-nutritious foods.

I'm not a professional, but my personal experience was that I became anxious about food when I counted calories because it led to a lot of math and worrying about 'fat'. I suggest eating every three hours (if you are in school, eat small snacks between every two classes, like a bag of carrots, or orange slices, then a good meal at lunch). This helps keep your metabolism going. You don
