yes you can ....BUT you better eat big amount of fruits if you're eating it only all day .
and whenever you feel hungry just drink water .it wont makes you feel hungry . and eat some vegetables .

No that's not enough calories period. You could still cleanse by eating a diet with no meat in it. Meat takes the longest to digest unless it's fish. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies. You could eat some rice and soup, salad with lemon, egg whites... stuff like that.

Your going about it the wrong way. Starving yourself isn't the answer. My sister went on a Fat Free eveyrhing diet and didn't lose an ounce. you need FAT in your diet. Eat everything in moderation and Don't give up your favorite foods.

NO. Any diet that excludes an entire food group - protein - grains - is not good. Fruits are good for you, but high in sugar. Eat some veggies and some low fat protein which will keep you full and keep your blood sugar even. Eat small meals every 3 hours or so and EXERCISE. Getting some form of exercise is crucial to weight loss. Try and break your cardio into two smaller sessions a day - it is more beneficial, plus it's harder to make excuses for not hitting the cross trainer/treadmill/running etc... for only 15 minutes at a time. fruit and water is very natural to move your bowels and also milk is also good if you are not lactose intolerant

A sad fact, the only thing that works long term is to eat less and move more!!! If you starve yourself, your body goes into starvation mode, and when you eat normally you gain all the weight back plus some more, and there begins a lifetime of diets. You are a bit young to worry about serious diets, but If you want to loose weight you have to make lifestyle changes that will last a lifetime, and you can't live on fruit and water for ever! Buy a good calorie book and a mini tramoline or a pedometer, something that counts your steps. Eat what you fancy, but no more than 1500 calories a day, and either do the trampoline for 30 minutes every morning or walk 10,000 steps and you should loose weight slowly and naturally. You are very young, and don't have too much to loose, you are still growing. Don't get on the yo yo. Make.....the more I move the sooner I will loose weight..... your mantra and hopefully you will see results. Good luck

no no no no ........ do not diet ..... diets are for crazy and lazy people. Adjust your diet to smaller meals 4 to 5 times a day because chances are you are eating to large of portions. then you need to exercise ..... walk, run, bicycle. Diets are no good ...... you starve yourself and your body panics so when you come off the diet you body stores up for the next time you starve ...... this was fine back in the caveman days but today we don't have to hunt a woolly mammoth to eat so this is why we get fat, we don't exercise enough eat to much and/or the wrong stuff.

In fact, that would be the worst thing to do. If you want a good diet, eat as much as you want until 5 o'clock and after that have only apples and water. Repeat everyday and you will be at a good and healthy weight!
