I am a 40 year old female weighing 110 pounds. How can i gain weight?!

What is your height? As long as you are not trying to eat unhealthy food to gain weight. Eat healthy and if you are than I don't understand why you would want to gain weight. Ask your doctor on how to go about it to gain weight or more muscle tone, if you want to be little curvier/bustier if thats what you mean. I hope this helps.

figure out how many calories you are eating a day and gradually add more to the food you eat. Don't get any low-cal or diet food when the regular is available. If you drink diet cokes, drink regular coke instead!
