How do i lose those big bumps on my thighs?!


Question: It seems to me like i have huge bags on my thighs like it sticks out and it's horrendous is it fat or muscle? .. i think it's fat cause i'm 16 and i'm 5 feet and a half and weighing in 120 pounds o_o, i barely work out though, but i walk a lot.

Try lowering any amount of sweets/soda. That's always first priority. Second, go for something more challenging than just a walk, try treadmill or actual biking... maybe even some jogging, but that's not a must. Third, and not least, if you want to aim at that specific point, you need to do some exercises targeting your external and internal obliques (these are the muscles on your abdominal sides). To do this, you need to find a routine that's challenging yet comfortable for you (as in no strain on your backbone or anything like that, and you can do enough of it so that you actually work out, not comfortable in the sense that it's easy... no pain-no gain).

The simplest way is to lay on your side while placing your head on your hand. Then lift your free leg aiming at getting a ninety degree angle with the floor (keeping your leg as straight as possible) but there are many variations to this training.
