I am 13 yrs. old
I weight 102 pounds.
(i gained 2 pounds... argggghh!)
And i am 5'4

I want to be atLEAST 95 pounds by the summer time

im 5'4 and i weigh more than u my advice is just eat healthy and workout dont do anything crazy with youreslf becauze rite now you sound like you are skinny.

You are already underweight. At 5'4" and 102, your BMI is only 17.5. 18.5 is the lowest that is considered healthy. You need to talk to your doctor about this as you may be in the early stages of an eating disorder.

You are waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too young to be dieting. You are still growing and developing. You need to focus on eating a healthy, balanced diet and quit paying so much attention to the scale.

Sweetie, I hate to break it to you, but you are by NO means overweight. I would have to scold anyone who gave you tips to lose weight, because there is not a chance on earth that you need to. Just keep up with those fruits and veggies, and that should keep you healthy for a long time running.

Just watch how much and what you eat, and do cardio work outs. You'll lose weight in no time!

well just go jogging in the morning or night time for a week or two depending on your type of body.

1 its not safe to loose weight fast...fast weight loss leads to bigger gains
2 you don't need to loos weight you are fine.
Just eat healthy and exercise these are good life long habits.

Chew your food till the flavor is gone, then swallow for the fiber content. And don't eat so much and often. Only eat for the nutrition factor and not for pleasure. It works for me.

i'm 13, shorter than you, weighed 103 pounds, and lost weight at a steady pace with weight watchers.
its easy and you can eat whatever you want. it doesn't even feel like a diet :]

i now weigh 96 pounds because i stopped. but seriously, 95-110 is just right for our age. but hey, insecurity strikes.

102 at 13 is skinny. trust me, your prabrably already really sexy in a bikini, though healthy diet and excersize works well. dont forget to stretch!

You wont have any boobs if your that skinny and you wont look good in a bikini.

You do not need to lose weight. You are perfect just as you are.

Models have a different type of body. And they STILL have to starve themselves to get that thin. There is absolutely nothing wrong with your body as you described.

As long as you don't eat TOO much junk food, and make sure you eat plenty of good food...there is no need for you to diet.

omg. When I was 12 I weighed 105 and I was 5'1. I lost 15 pounds cause I thought I weighed a lot. Now I regret not eating all those days!!! I don't think you need to loose weight, but if you think you do. Exercises and cut down on fatty foods!
