Green tea is good for you it is high in antioxidents and don't too much it's got caffeine. I was fat once but when I started drinking green tea I lost 10 pounds. Now I'm in healthy shape. It works.

Green tea does aid in weight loss, but not on its own. You need a proper diet and exercise, and the amount of tea you'd have to drink to reap benefits would make you sick. If you want to try it, take green tea extract instead.

No diet truely works unless you also exercise with it. Green tea is a good diaretic and deoxident so can give some short term results. It is also good for clearing your skin.
