How can I loose 20 lbs in a week?!

20 pounds is much, how about 12, thats easier

I lost 12 pounds by eating only that, its called the ( I lost my tonsils and it hurt to eat) Diet,

Lyposuction.... to be honest I dont know if thats even possible to lose 20 pound.. you could starve yourself. like go on a fast... but i mean start with smaller goals

It's naturally impossible. You can wear a body slimmer so you look lighter, but there's no way you're losing 20 lbs.

Cut off your arms and legs.

You can't in one week without starving yourself and exercising a ton. Don't do it.

Cut off your hair, nails, and probably your arm.

Pul-lease. You cannot lose 20 pounds in a week. Maybe a month or two, but never a week. If you want, just start starving yourself or liposuction.

20 pounds in 2 weeks might be able to be done but it's really unhealthy

and if you starve yourself, the weight you lose if you binge one day will come back +

20 pounds in one week...very unhealthy goal. Weight loss takes time. If you are serious about improving your health and figure, you'll do it right through diet and exercise...and ultimately lifestyle change. Go talk to a doctor and grow up.

OK. Let's just say some stuff that needs to be said.

1) It's really dangerous to use fad diets, they can make you very ill.

2) You'll probably just put the weight back on if all you want is a quick fix and aren't prepared to give it the dedication.

3) If you lose weight too quickly you will end up with stretch marks and oddly shaped body parts (ie a big belly and small thighs, or a huge bum and no breasts.

There is no sensible way to lose that much weight that quickly.

do more exercise n eat less.don't drink can drinks but drink plain water.no sugar,no carbohydrate n no protein food as well as no oiled food.i can't guarantee u can cut off 20 lbs,but at least 10-15 lbs is more appropriate.

You need to set a more reasonable goal. It should take at least 2 months of hard work to safely lose 20 lbs.

Liposuction would be your best bet, but only 135 pounds is nothing to be afraid of. It'd be better to start a work out plan and lose 20 pounds the natural way. Because anything else can seriously harm you. And your body can't lose 20 pounds within a week. You just need some time.

Find someone who is also motivated to do the same, and work out together, go jogging. It's the best way.

You want to lose 20 pounds in a week!!!??? That is so not healthy! If you lost that much in a week, you would gain it right back! It has to come off slowly for it to stay off.

hey ive seen your 360 pics and let me say you look stunning and dont need to loose weight at all plus it is unhealthy to loose that much in a week possible yes but highly dangerous and when the week is up and you start eating properly again youll add more weight especially fat to prevent future starvation. eat 6 healthy meals a day drink plenty of water and exercise to loose 2lb a week, good luck

Twenty pounds in a week is not a wise choice. People that lose that much in one week subject their bodies to much stress and are much more apt to gain back that twenty pounds and twenty pounds more. Research that and you will find that fast weight loss generally leads to additional weight gain. Get yourself on a reasonable exercise program and eat a smart balanced diet you will be surprised how you will lose inches and the weight will shed but probably not all in one week...A healthy weight loss would be 2-4 pounds a week (4 would be the max for healthy weight loss).

im bulimic and even I kno that isnt possible.stick to diet and exersize.

im not sure a week but 2 weeks may be possible.
first cut out sugar and starch for a week that means no bread nothing from the grain...lol not even carrots they have alot of starch but any other veg. is fine. also no junk food or fruit, fruit has sugar. remember this is for the first week. you need to eat 6 times a day, it keeps your metabolism working all the time eat small portion meals and a very small snack (healthy) a in between meals. you can do these things called ladder rolls...you do 10 push ups and rollover and do 10 crunches and start over with 9 pushups and so on going all the way to 1... youll also need to either run or walk fast or jog for at least 2 miles a day u shuld start slow and pace ur self.
the DCC power squad requires 2min. of military style situps. 2min. of military style push ups. and a 2 mile run. try to slowly work yourself up to that. after the first week of no sugar/starch slowly add it back in still making healthy choices eating LOTS of salad ! its hard to resist junk food so once a week allow urself a splurge day. 6 days out of the week keep to your diet, but the 7 day you can have cake ice cream lol junk food but i mean not an entire gallon or anything. sorry if this is long, but im currently working on this as well so i wanted to be specific as possible.

It is spelt 'lose' not 'loose'. 20 lbs in week is about as ignorant as your lack of grammatical knowledge.
20 lbs in a month is pushing it. 20 lbs in 2 months is ideal. You need to concentrate on losing about 2 or 3 lbs a week, not 20. Just eat healthy and exercise, weight loss is a lifestyle change, not a week long convenience.
