KEEPING IT ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE YOU SHOULD LOSE 10LBS IN ABOUT 3 WEEKS AND THATS AFTER THE WATER WIEGHT THAT USUALLY VARIES FROM 5 TO TEN LBS

You may not lose any weight at all. You will lose size because you're losing fat and replacing it with muscle. Muscle takes up a lot less room than fat.

yip, definatley agree with answer 1, but if you don't want too much muscle try doing less strength training or work with lighter weights

1st you need 2000 calories a day. just saying or losing weight will be harder. you need to change your eating habits for the better, not take away your eating habits.
