What is the best yoga video to do??!
Question: i want to do yoga, but i dont want to spend alot of money, i want a dvd so i can do it at home, and i cant make it to classes. i want something recorded more up to date, so there more efficient on the exercises..i want yoga for flexibility and weight loss.

I've tried a few different videos and they are all similar. My advice to you is to go to a store like Ross (an outlet store) or go somewhere where they might be on sale. I get my exercise videos for cheap because I never know which ones are going to work well for me.
That way you wont have to spend a lot of money and you can try them out. they are all over priced otherwise!!
