How can i lose body fat without losing weight?!


Question: i don't want to lose weight but i want to lose body fat. i workout 3 times a week for about 30-45 minutes. are there any supplements which can make me lose body fat?

If you are burning off fat then you weigh less, its simple physics. The only way to retain or gain weight while losing fat is to change the mass to muscle. If you add bulk while losing fat then you may achieve that goal.
Make sure you have lots of weights in your excercise plan, heavy weights with only a few reps build muscle. If possible see a personal trainer to help work out a plan that best suits you and to help with diet or suppliment advice.

Just keep working out. You should add some time if you are not getting the desired results.

Are you serious? If you loose fat you are going to loose some weight, unless you lift weights like crazy.

Eat more protein and do more weight training and resistance training.

Try running, and weight lifting. Running is great cardio, which burns tons of calories. At the same time, eat loads of protein and lift weights like you have never lifted before. That's about all I can tell you.

Change your work-out routine to a daily one, and make each session at least 45 Mins. After a couple of months you'll notice that you have taken off inches, but put on a few pounds. That's because muscle is heavier than fat, and you've been converting fat to muscle.

just do some toning excercises, like yoga or pilates, they will tone up your body, without making you lose too much weight.
