Question: If you have tried herbal teas ( the ones that take a few hours to digest excess food), how long did you drink the tea for? Also, how much weight did you lose? I have been drinking mine for about a month, but have been going to the gym for 5 months, 6 times a week at one hour a day.

It is very unlikely that you will lose a lot of weight by a herbal tea diet. Tea's will help clense your system. You will lose much more weight from the workouts you are doing.
Perhaps in addition to the tea diet you follow a calorie controlled diet plan/program. First work out how many calories you need each day and then burn 500 calories more than you consume each day. I guarantee if you do this by following a healthy diet and exercise program you will lose weight and keep it off.
