I had smart lipo/laser lipo done on arms and yes it does work. I had fairly large arms and had lipo under the upper arm and armpit. I got a nice reduction. Try to do smartlipo/laser lipo if you are going to do it. The advantage is that it also tightens the skin so you won't have any loose skin afterwards, and no down time and little to no bruising or pain. For just the arms, you'll pay between $1,500 and $4000. Prices vary considerably. Good luck!
