The best healthy diet is a Diabetic Diet. All you need to do is Google or Yahoo it. It is simply a healthy way to eat with limited carbs and correct portions. If everyone at this way, there would be no one overweight. Also, you need to make sure you are eat three meals a day. If you don't, your body will slow down the burn on the food you do eat. In other words, you will lose weight quicker and permanently if you feed your body properly three times a day. (I used to be a diet counselor for Form You 3) and walk, walk, walk, walk.

Check out http://www.alfitness.com.au. I lost 10kg in 3 months. It has healthy meal and exercise program and can do it all from home. Love it!

No matter what, do NOT do Atkins. All it does is raise your cholesterol, and your body will be desperately craving carbs the whole time. Your best bet is what people have been trying to get us to understand for years upon years- diet and exercise. Try to cut out on unnecessary food, and replace snacks with your favorite fruits or vegetables early on in the "diet". Once you get used to eating less snack foods, keep cutting back until you only eat the foods you should be eating. Don't forget to exercise at least 10 minutes a day, and you should be well on your way to your ideal body.

Eating healthy and exrising. Why does everyone think that they cant do this one your own? Most deits just teach you proprtion controll and how to eat healthier!

Dont join Jenny Craigs what ever you do! From the propation the show on tv it makes it look like you have to stavre yourself!

The " Common Sense " diet. Eat veggies, fruit, fish, chicken/turkey. No potatoes, white bread, white rice. No soda, no junk food. It really is just common sense.

O.K. If you're eating healthy, then you're going to have to up your work out, and excercise more.

Me a nd My husband between us lost 70l bs. We just cut back. We quit fast food. We ate until full. It took 1 1/2 but if you just dont think about it and just do what I just said, one day you will wake up and see that you lost 20 pounds. That will motivate you and then you will be conditioned just to eat what is good and just not so much. It worked for me. I lost almost 70lbs in a year and 1/2. Good luchk

Check out myalli.com for my info its great.

well don't eat eggs every morning...and cook with pam spray instead of butter or oil. try to cut most fats out of your diet...and no teas or sodas. if you do coffee...make sure the creamer is non fat and try to not use too much sugar.
drink lots of water!!! walk too if you have time. don't restrict your body of one food group...like the no-carbs diets...they don't work and carbs are the ONLY thing your brain uses for food and nourishment. so that diet was always a bad idea.
