What can i do to work on the same muscles a s jogging?!


Question: my legs get tired easy but im not. I want to work out (im really fat) but i just absolutly hate jogging (i have slight asthma) anything else i can do?

how tall are you and how much to you weigh?
try something thatg will get your heart rate up like cycling. good luck

Leg press, squats. Jogging is considered a low end exercise in that it works the muscles but is more of a cardio, walking at a fast pace is just as good of an exercise. if you have a bicycle you can start using it. Exercises doesn't have to be a choir and shouldn't turn into one. if you don't like jogging try just walking everywhere you go instead of driving. Another Good exercise is swimming, it works more muscle groups than jogging burns more calories and is easier for overweight people due to it eliminates the having to support the added weight.

If you belong to a local gym. Try taking some SPIN or kickboxing classes. They burn lots of calories. Also do some weights to balance the cardio workout. If you don't belong to a gym try riding a bike outdoors.
