    • The only hope that you have is that you start helping yourself...you need to start eating healthy and walk as much as possible.
    No matter how over weight you are if you diet and exercise there is always hope. You just have to stay determined, and do not cheat, because you will only be cheating yourself.
    yea its called restricting and running
    stop eating so much unhealthy food and eat alot of veggies and drink lots of water. always exercise.
