Should I stretch before or during my Strength Training Workout?!
Question: I have been strength training now for about 4 weeks. My goal is to build lean muscle and burn off fat.
My strength training workout has 12 exercises in it; you can see my workout here; http://disciplineorregret.wordpress.com
I do 3 circuits which takes me 45 min with stretches in between each exercise.
Would it be more beneficial to me (and my goal) if I do my stretches before my workout and aim to complete my 3 circuits in 30 min without stretching in between exercises?

It's definitely a good idea to do some stretches before you start the first circuit. Maybe you could do mini-stretches between circuits, but it's important to stretch for about 15 minutes before working out (included strength training). Good luck!
