Am i doing good?!


Question: I'm in the past two weeks i've lost 17 pounds. I've been walking to and from school and have been a vegiterian for 5 months. I weigh 260 now if i keep this up how long will it take me to weigh 160-170 pounds. Im aobut 5'11 so this would put me in the normal range. I've been taking a multi-vitamin for any missing vitamins or minerals i've been missing. My diet isn't too extreme i bascially eat what i want except meat. And since i don't really have to cook anything I've basically stayed away from oils salt and sugars. I haven't notice any results but other people notice them. Am i doing good?

wow, thats great for only two weeks. but you should'nt keep losing that much weight. its unhealthy to loose too much weight too fast. in the beginning most people tend to loose a lot and then start loosing weight more slowly and consistantly. about one or two pounds a week is good. add some resistance training to your exercise rountine. and keep up the clean diet. you may want to take a protein supplement while weightlifting to add muscle better. and the more muscle you have, the more weight you'll lose! hope this helps. good luck!

1-2 years but it depends on how much motivation you have.

You being 5 '11'', can consider 6' tall
Additional advices:
1.TAKE VEGITABLES AND FRUIT ESPECIALLY EAT GRAPES
2.Being winter season, soon after a hotter water cover up in the next room, fully cover upwith a woolen rug which is used to cover during sleep in winter.Be under cover till you sweat likehell!
3.Ask the Dr to tell you being 6 ft height what should be your weight so thatyour health is good
4.DAILY YOU FOLLOW THE POINT NO 2.
IMP:TO KNOW HOW LONG YOU SHOUL CONTINUE INORDER TO BE UNDER CONTROL, AND REDUCING BY 17 POUND,DO YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE, I FEEL YOU CONTINUE, FOR ANOTHER 2 MORE WEEKS.
