Answers: what kind of nutrients are in chicken fried rice ? (like protiens, carbohydrates, fibers?)
No. It's high in fat and high-glycemic carbs from the white rice that's used. The chicken does have protein, but the oil and white rice sort of cancel out the health benefits of it.
For example, PF Chang's Chicken Fried Rice has 1200 calories, 44 grams of fat, 47 grams of protein and 151 grams of carbs. Not healthy by any standard.
For reference sake, an average male would be consuming half of his daily calories, nearly all of his daily fat and about two-thirds of his daily carbs in this one meal.
It's probably fine for a treat or cheat day, but I wouldn't make a habit of eating it. And I certainly wouldn't eat the entire dish.
Best of luck!
im pretty sure anything "fried" is not healthy.
Nope not really healthy....since the chicken has lots of meat, you might get a little fater and something that is 'fried isn't really good for you....just like the first answerer said....good luck!
haha fatty
