Answers: Our dad was an addict and I dont want him to. should I tell our mom or have a talk with him I think he needs an intervention or therapy

it could be because he works out. just ask! and if you think he's abusing it talk to him. dont run to your mom and be a pus

leave him be, snitches!

I used that stuff. I didn't think it was a crime.

Protein Powder is not bad at all. Protein powder is good for you!

Your dad was an addict? You sure he wasn't just a healthy eater?

Um, protein powder is good for you...

NO!!! first of all, protien is extremly good for guys who work out or athletes .... i take it too so dont be a loser and ruin it for him ..

remember, snitches get stitches!

pretty much all athletes take protein some type of protein powder, all it does is build lean muscle

but steroids on the other hand is a different story, no one should take them

In general, food is made up of protein, fats, and carbohydrates. "Protein powder" is from a food source that just the protein is rendered from it. As long as he is eating other foods and not just protein alone...it is not really different from eating food. If you are just eating protein only...that might not be healthy. Protein only diets have to be supervised by doctors. You can buy protein powder in some grocery stores....usually you find it in the health food stores. I think you have it mixed up with something else and that is why you are concerned. Hope that helps some. If someone is trying to build muscle...they might "add to" their diet...protein powder...but, that should not be the only thing they eat/drink.

protein powder is good for you. your body needs protein and if he works out it will help him alot.

by saying you will tell on him for protein is just rediculous...

If you mean coke like I suspect you might, it is necessary that you tell your mom, especially if your dad was an addict. People whose parents were addicted to something have a greater risk of getting addicted themselves.
