Protein shakes are very good I eat them for breakfast add fruit and yogurt to them. Weigh (Spelling?) protein is what I use

eat peanuts

dont substitue meals with shakes. for protein eat nuts, lean meat, fish etc.

try soya milk as a shake with fresh fruit and nuts liquidated

If you eat about 4 oz (that's about the size of a deck of cards) of chicken, beef, or fish per day, you're already getting enough protein. If we eat more protein than we need, it's stored in our bodies as fat.

If you want to lose a little weight, just cut back a little on how much you eat. Maybe just cut back on portion sizes, or give up one bad food habit, or increase your activity level. It really doesn't take anything special to lose weight and all these protein shakes, meal substitutes, and pills, are just the diet industry's way of making a fortune off our misfortune.

If you're trying to loose weight then just eat better. For high protein, fish, lean meat, cashews and other nuts, also egg whites. Those are all high in protein and if you stick to eating right you will loose weight. My mom started eating right 2 years ago and within the first 6 months she had lost like 80 lbs. now she's lost about 100 lbs.
Changing your eating habits will help tremendiously! Hope this works! ! ! ! :) GL!
