I'm dieting and I need a breakfast that's healthy and fulfilling?!

Question: I need a breakfast that's healthy and fulfilling that'll keep me full until lunch time. I hate how my stomach growls two hours before lunch time at work.

Is oatmeal really enough to keep my stomach from growling until lunch time?

Thanks!!

Oatmeal and a serving of any fruit will work really well!!!

Low fat yogurt with fruit and either oatmeal or oat cereal, makes a great snack or breakfast!

try kashi healthy cereals . and add soy milk to that and you will be full untill lunch time and it will be good for you . good luck .

Oatmeal is the best for that. It releases energy slowly so keeps you full for longer. If you mix walnuts in with it it works even better plus you get the added benefit of the protein.
If you do get hungry at work, munch on some nuts and raisons as these are great for keeping your blood sugar levels steady so making you less hungry.
Good luck. X

Oatmeal and egg whites!

The protein in the egg will help you continue to feel full because your body absorbs proteins slower, and the starches and bulk of the oats will help you be full right after you eat it. Also, make sure you're getting enough water. If your stomach is growling but it's not time to eat quite yet, it's a good time for a glass of water.

2 eggs withe a dray toast and some orange juice will do it

One of the easiest ways to diet (so I'm told) is to have a high-cal dinner, mid-cal lunch and lo-cal dinner. I would eat more than oatmeal. Maybe oatmeal with fruit added to make it more filling? Or add some toast or something.

a serving of special k cereal-they're delicious, filling, and so easy eat!
and a piece of fruit or a handful of almonds if ur still hungry
wash it down with a cup of low fat milk
also, two pieces of whole-wheat toast with reduced fast cream cheese or peanut butter
