Don't take it!!!! It also kills people!!! It's dangerous--see a doctor before you take it! I think that Alli one (newer) is much more safe. Look into that one. (Or just diet and excercise) I went from 155 lbs to 125 lbs in 3 months by diet and excersize. I still ate chocolate and pizza... :)

just buy the ephedra free stuff and buy the ephedra seperately. works just as good. ephedra isn't banned you get at your local gas station or various websites.
