How much weight does it look like I need to lose to be "thin"?!

Question: http://i224.photobucket.com/albums/dd40/...

ps I'm 5' 6" and 128 lbs and I know I already posted something similar but I accidently deleted it, so sorry.

you already are.. if you REALLY want to lose something, you could shoot for 5 lbs less. seriously though, any less and you'd be as "anorexic" or "emo" as the stereotypes go. you should consider going to the gym though and work out the muscles just a bit, not too much, to form the body. and even if not that, it doesn't hurt to do cardio if you don't already. it helps a lot with just maxing and panning out your altogether mood, attitude, and energy!

go to 115

I think you look great the way you are! You have a very nice shape to you.

huh? youre already thin!

honestly...

very little to nothing

5'6'':
Healthy: 130
15%under: 110
25%under: 97
35%under: 84

NOTHING YOU LOOK GREAT.

Gosh, I think you look thin now - and gorgeous! I guess you could go to 120 safely? But you look great. Flat stomach, thin legs.

Wow, your face looks so familiar.

Your body is perfectly fine.

In the picture your weight looks perfect to me.

but i don't get it, you are thin...

hey you look great as is - if you really feel like you need to lose weight then dont go over probably 6 or so pounds. like i said before - you already have a great 'thin' figure

Don't think in terms of pounds. Think in terms of health. Tone up, get lots of good exercise in your daily life (you don't need to be a gym rat) and start thinking of food as fuel and eat things that help your body to be as healthy as possible. Don't count calories and worry over pounds.

Sweetie, you look absolutely perfect they way you are.
If you want to build up energy and feel more confident about yourself, you can do some basic exercises-maybe just walking a 3 times a week or cutting back on your junk foods (ie chips, burgers, etc...). That definitely doesn't mean cutting them out, it just means cutting back--eating smaller portions rather than vegging out on them.

As regards to your appearance, you look great. There is no need to do any sort of dieting or anything to be "thin". Being healthy is most important to your life. If you're healthy then you'll feel a whole lot better about life and yourself.

Hope I helped a little bit.
