Late night dieting scenario?!


Question: im sitting wathching tv had a hard day with my son hes in bed...im dieting so obviously im hungry..did good all day...BAM!!!!...late night hunger what do i do?!?!?!

Try one of these: slice up an apple, make chamomile tea, have a small bowl of cereal with skim milk, wrap low fat turkey slices around dill pickles, eat 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with 5 crackers, vegetable crunchies like cauliflower and radishes, sugar-free jello or yogurt, salad greens with lite dressing, a handful of grapes, small bowl of broth based soup. Next time you shop, get a few low cal munchies and keep them on hand for late night snacks.

boredom...........! that is the problem you need to change the way you are thinking, most people cant stop thinking about food when they are on a diet, and this word diet there is no such thing as a diet it is what you put in your mouth and how much you consume, it is called lifestyle change, the word diet has failed millions of people and made millions of people a lot of money, just as there is no such thing as a quick fix fast weight loss, it takes time and effort. good luck
