IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A LITTLE MUSCLE MASS, BUT STILL LOOK GOOD, EAT CHICKEN BECUASE IT HAS A LOT OF PROTIEN, AND HAS VERY LITTLE FAT. EAT LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES TRU OUT THE DAY TO KEEP YOUR METABOLISM GOING AND THEY ARE GOOD FOR YOU. TRY NOT TO GO OVER 2000 CALORIES A DAY THO. WHEN LIFTING WEIGHTS YOU SHOULD DO LIGHT WEIGHT, WITH LOTS OF REPS AND 3 SETS. YOU SHOULD DO LIKE 20 REPS PER SET. DOING LOTS OF RUNNING, WALKING AND BICYCLING WILL ALSO HELP.

u just have to eat the right type of food and do daily excises. you can also go on a diet once in a while.

eat lots of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, essential fatty acids, etc.
as for the exercises, if you "cant "gain weight from food, working out the muscles makes them more toned, and maybe more curvy. i saw some women who were using this machine to tone their rear end and thigh muscles, and it really made a difference (firming them out, even making them more prominent and "sexy" if you wish
and dont worry, women are never gonna be as buff or "bulky" as men since they dont have as much testosterone, so its okay to use some heavier weights if thats what you'd like to do

Exercis isn't restricted to fat people. Go the the gym, walk, cycle, run. Dance is great too.

eat more then you usually do.
it's alright to engorge yourself everyonce in awhile i mean you are underweight. jog and lift light weights so all that extra doesn't turn into but into muscle. you''ll look great!
