Recess (20 almonds, 1 Banana, 16 grapes)

Lunch (Peanut Butter Sandwich, 2 strawberries, Yogurt Bar)
Pre Workout: 4:00

Post Workout: 5:30
Yogurt
Meal 5: 7:30
Dinner (usually steak and vegetables)
Water
Drink 8 glasses of water throughout the day
