Need help with regards to muscle maintenance.?!
Question: I have been lifting weights for four months already, doing biceps curls, triceps extensions, both using dumbbells, and push-ups, etc.
Today, I lost my two dumbbells, which means I can't do bicep curls and tricep extensions anymore.
I don't have any other equipment at home right now. Can anyone suggest an alternative to at least maintain the muscle in my biceps? I mean a workout that only requires no equipment and only uses your body mass to workout, like for example, push-ups.
Thanks in advance!

Fill a couple of plastic milk containers with sand or water, make sure the lids are tight. Works just as well as regular weights.
Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://get-trim.info where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!
