A good workout?!


Question: o.k so i am 56 inches and am 13 years old and i weight 182 lbs i am trying to figure out a good workout but all i can think of is run and weightlifthing i just dont want to loose the fat i also want to build muscle so if you know a good workout can you please tell i am up to anything because i need to loose weight so bad the only thing i will not do is slimfast whatever that is BEST ANSWERS GETS 10 POINTS

Make sure you start by drinking 8 glasses of water a day. It will help speed up your metabolism. Then give up all soda and caffeine. No sugary drinks as well. No chocolate. Eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Then increase your fruit and vegetable intake. Decrease fats and breads. As far a working out, start early in the morning prior to you eating breakfast. This will give your metabolism a huge kickstart for the rest of the day. Wake up and run or walk 2-3 miles. Then try light weights with high repetitions. Do pushups and situps throughout the day. While you are watching tv, do 30 pushups, then the next commercial do 30 situps/crunches. I betcha in a month, you'll not only feel better, but lose a lot of weight.

Hey Im 14 and 1/2. I weigh 187 lbs. and im 68 in. I was 213 lb.


Here is what you have to do.

Cut out Breads for about 2 months.

Drink 8 glasses of water (1-2 in the morning, it may be gross but you will get used to it and it speeds up your metabilism)

Stop drinking regular soda.(diet soda to because it has alot of salt.)

Make a C.D. or a Playlist on your Mp3. music you enjoy.(make the playlist or c.d. about an hour long)

now everyday walk until the c.d. ends.(If you walk on the track or around the neighborhood it seems to go by faster)

Then "ONCE" a week measure and record you loss and gains. if you are gaining weight then you need to modify your diet and eatless than you are.
