Question: Any success stories on here? I'm a vegetarian and was gonna join for the advanced program, so can you tell me about it? Is it good? Did you lose weight? How long did it take to start losing weight? How long did it take to get to your goal?

I tried Nutri System years ago.
At first, I did lose weight, but of course, the weight came back.
Nutri System was expensive, too.
After years and years of trying one diet after another, the answer became obvious.
All I had to do was eat less and exercise.
I'd never shell out money again for any diet program when I can accomplish the same thing on my own for free.
